Our story
Where it started
After working across residential and commercial real estate, from mobile home parks and warehouses to student housing and golf-front rentals, Alex bought his first wedding venue in southern Utah. He liked it so much that he started calling every venue owner in the state to ask who else might sell.
With his partners Braden and Matt he bought a second venue. Braden learned the operation from scratch and took it from 38 weddings a year to more than 115 in his first year. Together they bought a third.
Along the way they noticed the same thing at every venue: owners pour themselves into the emotion, the creativity and the beauty of the day, and the systems, staffing and profit get whatever is left. That gap is the business.
